We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
